    Very helpful and quick service but when my prescription had to be changed I was left without my glasses for 2 weeks and despite promising they would ring if ready earlier this did not happen,when I tried to find out how long they had them back I couldn't get a straight answer until I had to insist on seeing a supervisor,I feel the bad service was because they already had my money ,despite sending two emails I still have not received a reply,I would not recommend keighley spec savers,AVOID.
